Kindly refrain from ordering custom items without contacting us first. ***Our Single Layer PATINA Signs are only finished on one side. The back of the Patina sign will have a clear coat for protection however is not the same finish as the front and can have acid markings on the back. If this sign will be seen from both sides please let us know in the ordering process. *** If sign is to have a powder coat finish additional time frames can apply. Thank you!

Once an order is placed, changes cannot be made to the sign design. However, you may modify the finish type within 48 hours after purchase.

Your signature upon delivery is a release of any damages. Please do not sign without inspecting the package. For freight signs, the driver must wait on-site.

Custom signs will be ready to ship within 21 days. Shipping is normally an additional 3-7 days. Carrier times may vary.

Freight signs will be ready to ship within 28 days with an additional 5-9 days for shipping. Carrier times may vary. Quote will be given with purchase.

Kiosks are ready to ship within 4 weeks. shipping can take an additional 4-9 day.
